2. Services We Provide
IC Pest Solutions offers the following services:

- Cockroach Program - Targeted treatment and ongoing management of cockroach infestations.
- Small Fly Service - Identification and treatment of drain flies, fruit flies, and related small fly issues.
- Drain Deep Clean - Cleaning and treatment of drains to remove organic buildup that attracts pests.
- Rodent Dropping Clean-Up / Sanitation - Removal of droppings, contamination clean-up, and sanitation of affected areas.
The specific scope of any service is described in the quote, work order, or service agreement provided to you. Services not expressly included in your agreement are not part of the engagement.
3. Scheduling, Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
To deliver effective service, we rely on your cooperation. By scheduling service, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment or inspection at the agreed time.
- Disclose known conditions relevant to the service (for example, allergies, sensitivities, prior treatments, pets, or vulnerable occupants).
- Follow all preparation instructions we provide before a treatment (such as clearing surfaces, covering or removing food, or relocating pets).
- Follow all post-treatment instructions (such as ventilation requirements or staying out of a treated area for a specified period).
If we cannot access the property or the area has not been properly prepared, we may need to reschedule, and additional fees may apply.
4. Treatments, Products & Safety
Our technicians apply pesticides and related products in accordance with product labels, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for keeping people, pets, and others away from treated areas for any period we specify.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities of occupants before treatment.
- Pest control involves the use of products that, if not handled according to instructions, may pose risks. Following our preparation and post-treatment instructions is essential to your safety.
For commercial and restaurant clients, you are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with health-department, food-safety, and workplace regulations applicable to your premises.
5. Service Guarantee & Re-Treatment
Pest control is an ongoing process, and results depend on factors both within and outside our control, including property conditions, sanitation, structural issues, weather, and surrounding environment.
Where a guarantee or warranty applies, it will be stated in your specific service agreement or quote, including any re-treatment terms and the period it covers. Unless expressly stated in writing:
- We do not guarantee complete or permanent elimination of any pest.
- Reinfestation can occur and may require additional service at additional cost.
- Any re-treatment guarantee is conditioned on your compliance with our preparation, sanitation, and maintenance recommendations.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on the scope of work described in your quote or service agreement.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service.
- Recurring or program-based services (such as ongoing cockroach or rodent programs) are billed according to the schedule in your agreement.
- Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges, collection costs, and suspension of service to the extent permitted by law.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us as early as possible by phone or email. Cancellations or reschedules made with insufficient notice, or failed appointments where access could not be provided, may be subject to a fee as described in your service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that any pest will be completely eliminated or will not return.
- IC Pest Solutions is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage, or contamination not caused by our negligence, including structural damage, prior pest damage, or conditions hidden from inspection.
- In no event shall IC Pest Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from our services or your use of our website.
- To the extent any liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. Property & Pre-Existing Conditions
We will take reasonable care while on your premises. However, you acknowledge that pest infestations may cause or be associated with property damage that exists before or arises independently of our services. We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pests prior to or independent of our treatment.
- Conditions concealed within walls, floors, ceilings, or other inaccessible areas.
- Pre-existing structural, plumbing, sanitation, or moisture issues that contribute to pest activity.
10. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
IC Pest Solutions operates as a licensed pest control provider and performs services in compliance with applicable regulations governing structural pest control in California. Information regarding your rights and our obligations as a licensed operator is available upon request.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IC Pest Solutions Inc., its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to follow our instructions, or your misuse of any treated area.
